Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignalBridge website (the "Site"), desktop application, APIs, license activation services, download services, and related functionality (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, creating a license, downloading the installer, or interacting with any component (including TradingView → MetaTrader automation and Telegram integrations), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant & Scope

Upon successful activation (trial or paid), we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and run the SignalBridge desktop software for your internal trading operations, strictly in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan limits (tunnels/webhooks, devices, or duration).

• Trial Licenses: Time-limited and feature-bounded. Abuse (multiple trials per user) is prohibited.
• Paid Licenses: Basic (monthly), Professional (annual), and Lifetime tiers have distinct device & tunnel quotas.
• Lifetime: Means no scheduled expiry for the current major product line; does not guarantee perpetuity of all future functionality, markets, or integrations.
• Device Activations: Managed via license activation endpoints; exceeding limits may require deactivation of older devices.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Circumvent license limits.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, scrape internal APIs, or decompile components except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or provide shared access to third parties.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or abuse trading platforms.
• Automate strategies in violation of TradingView, MetaTrader, broker, or Telegram policies.
• Misrepresent performance or offer financial advice under our brand.

4. Trading & Risk Disclaimer

SignalBridge is a technical automation tool. We do not provide trading recommendations, broker services, investment advice, portfolio management, or fiduciary functions. ALL trading and automation involves risk of financial loss. You assume full responsibility for configuration, position sizing, order logic, error handling, and failover strategies.

Past performance of automated strategies is not indicative of future results. You must monitor systems for connectivity interruptions, broker rejects, order mismatches, or upstream platform outages.

5. Payments, Renewals & Pricing

• Payment Processors: PayPal (fiat) and NOWPayments (crypto) handle secure checkout; SignalBridge never stores raw card data.
• Recurring Plans: Monthly/yearly renewals (if implemented) must be managed via your payment gateway – cancellation halts future renewals.
• Price Changes: We may adjust plan pricing or resource allocations. Existing active term remains unaffected until renewal.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable VAT/GST/import duties.

6. Refunds

Unless expressly stated (e.g. a promotional "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" badge) and subject to eligibility verification, all sales are generally final due to immediate access to digital software licensing. Where applicable, a refund request must:

• Be initiated within the stated guarantee window.
• Include purchase email, license key, and reason.
• Show that material functionality failed (not due to misconfiguration).

Approved refunds revoke active licenses.

7. Software Updates & Changes

We may push patches, feature updates, API adjustments, or security fixes. Some updates may be required for continued operation (e.g. protocol or endpoint changes). We may deprecate legacy features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Data Handling & Security

We store limited account, licensing, activation, and download telemetry as defined in the Privacy Policy. Rate limiting, IP logging, suspicious parameter scanning, and heartbeat tracking protect system integrity. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and local environment.

9. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license (without refund) for: fraudulent activity, abuse, violation of law, security threats, or systematic attempts to bypass device/webhook limits. You may terminate by ceasing use; paid access continues until expiry unless otherwise revoked.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, source code, configuration schemas, documentation, and interface elements are owned by SignalBridge (or its licensors). No rights are granted except the limited license defined herein.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, DATA ACCURACY, OR CONTINUITY OF SIGNAL OPERATIONS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SIGNALBRIDGE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRADES, SLIPPAGE, DATA LOSS, INTERRUPTION, OR OPPORTUNITY COSTS) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRIOR 6 MONTHS (OR $50 FOR FREE USERS).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignalBridge from claims arising out of (a) your strategy logic, (b) misuse or redistribution of the software, (c) violations of third‑party platform terms, or (d) breach of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control: network outages, hosting failures, platform API changes, regulatory actions, or natural events.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
